I selected my concurrent sessions, but I was not asked for my payment information when I finalized my registration.

You did not add your Conference Ticket(s) to your cart before registration. Return to the Conference main page and go back through the registration process by selecting your registration type, then add the appropriate conference tickets (pre-conference intensive, one-day or two-day conference registration, additional guests) to your cart. On the right-hand side, in the black box titled Your Registrations, you should now your ticket type and the amount due. Click Proceed to Registration to continue the checkout process and pay your conference registration fees.

Can I pay for my conference registration by check?

YES! To pay by check, choose the Invoice option at checkout and save a copy of your invoice. Forward the invoice, along with your check made payable to FACLP to:

Can I pay for multiple conference registrations in one transaction with a credit card or check?

YES, as long as they are the all the same registration type (ie. Professional Member)

By Credit Card: Use the dropdown box to select the quantity of each registration (intensive, conference, networking guest, etc.) and click Add to Event Cart. Select the concurrent sessions for the person who will be completing the transaction to pay for the multiple registrations. Check out using credit card. For other registrants under this payment, each must create a separate registration by selecting their choices for concurrent sessions and select Invoice option at checkout. Forward copy of paid receipt, along with names of other registrants under the payment to faclp16@gmail.com.

Can I change my selected concurrent session or networking table selections?

YES! You must complete the selection process again by first adding your new choice for concurrent session and/or networking table to the Event Cart. Click Proceed to Registration. You will not be asked for payment information again. Send an email to faclp16@gmail.com and notify us of your change, stating old session and desired new session.
